ACCOUNT OPENING & SET-UP

  • What information do you require when I open an account?
    • We are a private membership and we do not require you to disclose all of your personal details.
      However, the following fields are required:
      • Name
      • Address
      • Telephone number
      • Contact Email

It is important that you are able to receive an email from ProsperityTeamInternational.com. Therefore, please make sure that you have checked your bulk email folders and enter our details in any spam blocking programs that you may have running. It would also be wise to place Prosperity Team International in your white or friends list.

  • How can I change my email address or password?
    • Log into your account and click on Profile. From there you can change your information.

  • What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?
    • Click on the Forgot Password link that is on the upper right of each page, enter your registered email address and you will be emailed your password
  • How do I "Set Up" my Account?
    • Click on the link and pay your Account Set up fee of $45. If a payment processor is not in place that you prefer to use, please use the contact form and arrange an alternative method with PTIPOWER. However, when accepting other forms of payment we will have to manually process the transaction and it may take a few hours to set up your account. We will accept most forms of payments, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Upon receipt, your account will be set up and you will then be able to pay your sponsor the Activation Fee. This can be paid by whatever payment processor your sponsor willl accept.

ACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT

How do I Pay my Activation Fee and Activate my account?

After your account Set-up fee has been paid, log into your PTI account and place a tick next to:
PLEASE TICK HERE when you wish to pay your Activation Fee   

Then press NEXT. You will be presented with a page that shows your Account Status as: Activation Payment Agreed.

Now, choose one of the payment methods that your sponsor accepts and make payment to the account details that are displayed in the Processor Account Identifier (Account Name) column. You will do this by logging into your external payment processor. IE if you select to pay via eGold, you will log into your eGold account and pay your sponsor's eGold account directly.

Upon doing so, you will be given a Payment ID, Transaction ID or Time Stamp (MCE). Please copy this information so that you can paste it into your PTI Account during the next step.

Now log back into your PTI Account (if not already logged in) and select the payment processor you just used from the drop-down menu, then paste the Transaction ID (Payment ID, Time Stamp etc) in the space provided. If you are uncertain of this, then type in enough information so that your sponsor can check into their External Payment Processor to see if payment has been made.

If you have made a separate deal with your Sponsor, then you can select any one of the options from the drop-down menu and enter the words that will help your sponsor know what the transaction is. I.E. If you paid them direct with CASH, you can enter "Paid in CASH"

Then press Record Payment. Your sponsor will be immediately notified and able to approve your status as an ACTIVE Account Holder.

EXAMPLE: If you were using egold you would log into your egold account and make your payment to your sponsor.  When payment is made you will be given a Transaction ID Number - Save this number and paste it into the next section.

After paying, go back into your PTIPOWER Account and TICK the box that says:

PLEASE TICK HERE when you wish to pay your Activation Fee   
(You may have already done this. Anyway, afterwards a new page is displayed.  It will show your status as: Activation Payment Agreed). On this page select from the drop down menu and enter the Transaction ID that you just saved. Then press Record Payment.  At this stage you will be instructed to wait for your sponsor to confirm that he has received the funds and thus ACTIVATE your account.  You Sponsor will automatically receive an email, so they will be on it fairly quick.  When this process is completed, you will receive an email when your account is Active. 

  • Do you provide telephone support?
    • YES. Our numbers are available on the web site. We also have an excellent internal messaging service which allows you to contact us and other members without using email. However, when special needs arise, we may elect to contact you by phone.
  • Do you accept all payment processors?
    • No. We only accept the ones that we have published on our site. We will consider adding others.
  • I don't have any business experience can I still make money?
    • If you don't have any business or marketing experience, or for that matter, a great deal of time to devote to a new business, then Prosperity Team International is ideal for you. Every part of the program has been designed to automate your membership requirements.

  • How will I get paid?
    • All payments are sent directly to you.  Once you signup for this program, you will be asked to insert your payment options.  This will create your payment buttons to appear on your web page.  Your payment options become active once you have sent your qualification sales to your sponsor.  Then all money is sent directly to your accounts so you are paid instantly.

  • Am I charged an account maintenance fee?
    • No charges are made by the company either to open an account or to maintain it.

  • Can I request a refund?
    • NO!  Refunds are never issued for this opportunity.  Once you have paid your sponsor, they have received their commission instantly.  We have no way to get that payment back.  Please read the terms of this offer carefully before making a purchase.

QUALIFICATION

  • Do I have to qualify my account for commissions
    • Yes, every member must qualify by introducing two new members to their sponsor.

COMMISSION PAYMENTS

  • How will I get paid?
    • Once your newly introduced member has completed their account set up, they become a prospect and they will then want to make their account ACTIVE. In order to do so, they must pay to you $250.00. Upon so doing, you will have the opportunity of checking that payment has been received into one of your chosen ecurrency accounts and them pressing the Awaiting Activation link that is made available to to in your Back Office of PTI.
    • Upon Qualification, all payments are sent directly to you.  Once you become an Active member, you will be able to insert various payment options into your profile.  This will create relating payment buttons to appear on your web page.  Your payment buttons become active once you have sent your qualification sales to your sponsor.  Then all sales are sent directly to your accounts so you are paid instantly.

REFERRALS

  • How can I refer people to Prosperity Team International?
    • Each member is assigned a unique referral link. You can view yours by going to your Profile page in the members area. Look at the bar “Referral Link” and it will show your personal link.
    • It will look something like: http://www.prosperityteaminternational.com/?ref=USERNAME .
    • We strongly suggest that you obtain a Redirect URL from Buy Domains, GoDaddy or 1&1. I would strongly suggest that you choose a .com name because of its familiarity with the general public. Then you link it back to your ProsperityTeamInternational.com URL. You’ll either need to follow the directions, or have them do it. Then, when people type in your unique URL IE. www.PTIPOWER.com (or whatever), theny will be redirected to your PTI Business site. 

  • How can I view the total number of referrals I have?
    • You need to log into your account and from within the Summary page, press the 'View Referrals' link. You will then see the whole list.

  • Tell me more about the referral Program?
    • Please see the Marketing Plan section of this site.

  • When will I receive commission payments?
    • Immediately. As soon as someone joins with you. You are paid directly by them.

    • Locate your Referral Link in your Profile Section. This gives you a unique Prosperity Team International.com URL. Advertise this link as much as possible and start introducing new members to join with you.
    • For example, someone with a user name "PTI" would make it: http://www.prosperityteaminternational.com/?ref=pti
      When you direct new prospects using this link, they become your Referral. You will receive referral payments for each person who subsequently becomes a member. Use your Referral List link within your Summary Section to determine who has joined your team.
    • Also, when a anyone clicks your link and lands on the PTI site, a cookie is set on the prospect's browser. This will help to ensure that the individual will be registered under you.
    • So please go to your PROFILE SECTION NOW. There you will see your Referral link. Display this referral link as often as possible. Then you will be on the road to promoting your Prosperity Team International site. Everybody who joins via your link means money in your pocket. Virtually without effort!

  • What are AD Packs?
    • AD Pack are Advertising Package funds that are used for advertising the PTIPOWER Opportunity. Your unique URL is placed on our web site and seen by viewers on a rotational basis. The amount of viewing's you receive is dependant on the amount of active Ad Packs that are in circulation. AD Packs will be used to further promote the PTIPOWER Campaign and be available for $50 each. Each AD Pack you accumulate will be credited to your overall AD Pack percentage and used to calculate your commission in relation to the total amount of AD Packs that have been sold by the entire PTIPOWER Organization. You will receive 1 credit for each AD Pack that you purchase
    • How much does Membership cost?
